PLAYWRITING An introduction into the world of dramatic writing. All you need is pen, paper and an imagination. In this workshop you’ll create a story for the stage in the form of a monologue or duologue and have everything you need to start writing a play of your own! Led by Sumerah Srivastav
SONG WRITING An introduction into writing song lyrics. Learn the fundamentals of writing a song. All you need is pen, paper and interest in rhyming words. In this workshop you’ll create the verse and/or chorus of an original song that you’ll be able to finish at home. Led by Ajay Srivastav.
PERCUSSION This workshop is an introduction into Indian rhythm used in playing tabla and dhol. During this session you will learn how to count beats and use maths to make music. All you’ll need are your hands to clap along and follow the combinations given by Vinod. You’ll also take away a handout to keep practising at home. Led by Vinod Kerai.
